What Documents do I Need?
There are some standard documents that you will require for all loans, such as ID, however depending on your circumstances and what loan you are looking to apply for the supporting documentation will be slightly different.
The Documents that may be requested include:
- Two most recent pay slips
- Identification Documents such as Passport, Drivers Licence, Credit Cards, Medicare Card etc
- Two Most Recent Tax Returns
If you are self Employed then you will be required to show:
- Two Years of Personal and Business Tax Returns
- ATO Assessments
If you are an investor, you’ll need to show:
- Rental income statement
- A Rates notice for properties currently owned
If you are buying a property then you will be required to show:
- Bank Account statements showing evidence of savings history
- Recent Credit Card Statement
- A Copy of the Sale contract for the property being purchased
If you are refinancing then you will be required to show:
- Mortgage Statements for existing loans for the last 6 months
- Most recent Rates Notice
- Credit Card statement for the last six months
If you are building a new home you’ll need to show:
- Builders Fixed Price Contract Agreement
- Council Approved Building plans
